1. Go to your email inbox and look for the order comfirmation email. Click 'View your order' button. You can see all the information about your order, including tracking number and package current status.
2. Login to your account, go to "all my orders". Select the order you would like to track.
3. Go to ohmojewelry.com, scroll to the very bottom, click 'track orders' under my account.
Usually an order will be shipped completely. However, if part of item in your order is out of stock, under this extremly rare case, your order will be partially fulfilled and shipped sepeartly.
