THREE WAYS to track your order:

  1. Click on the live chat button and go to "track my order", follow the instruction to track your order automatically.
  2. or login to your account, go to "all my orders". Select the order you would like to track. Login here.
  3. or contact us via support@ohmojewelry.com. Usually response within 12 hours.

 

Where to find my tracking number?

Tracking number of your shipment will be sent to you via email/sms (the email address/phone number you put when you checkout) once your order has been shipped. 

 

What if I can't find my tracking number?

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you didn’t received tracking links in your mailbox, please contact us at support@ohmojewelry.com.
